Pizza tasted ok but while putting the pizza away for the night we found mold on the bottom. It's a dark green fuzzy spot not to be confused with perhaps a burnt spot.I had to throw away about 12 slices of pizza to ensure my kids safety. I won't be coming back even if it's the closest pizza shop to my house.

Ordered wings from Hungry Howie and had a terrible experience. My food arrived over an hour late, and instead of the wings I ordered, they sent two pizzas. I sent the incorrect order back and called the restaurant, but the person who answered was rude, showed no sympathy, and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Between the long wait, wrong order, and poor customer service, this was extremely disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters—and this was handled very poorly. I won’t be ordering from here again. And I wish I can take my 1 star back.

Food is great, but the service is some of the WORST I’ve ever experienced in my life. The whole staff seems to rude and there’s always some mix up or confusion on what deals they’re running. I’ve given this place so many opportunities, but I’ve reached my limit. I don’t even like the service at the other location on 9 mile. It’s gonna be hard to give up that flavored crust, but th with this place.

From begining to end, my experience today was beyond phenomenal and review worthy! I'm always complicated, and Mari assisted me and made taking my order seem like a breeze. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Her assistance with my order is what really left an imprint. Michelle met me at the window with a beautiful smile and spirit to match. These two are a dynamic duo and I really appreciate there efforts and extra attention to my order. Everything was perfectly packaged and precise. Shout out to the kitchen as well! Not sure if the ladies are also cooks but the food was just as fantastic as the service!

I use to love coming to this location until the last visit I have first off it seems like it’s a bunch of kids that works there now I’m from Pensacola but now I live in Alabama when I come to visit I make sure before I leave to stop here but this time it was totally different I ordered two salads which took almost 30 mins when I got them I noticed one wasnt full like the other one so I took it back another employee took the salads as if she was gonna remake them and I’ve already been waiting so long to have to wait longer I went threw the drive thru and basically was passed out the same salads and not only did I get the same salads the meat had mold spots on and I basically wasted my money this place use to be my to go but now I would never come back because I don’t know what will be given to me due to young kids that doesn’t care about what they are serving! Ridiculous!
